Data and Circulation Bureau…
Client A publishes two B2B magazines, one purely digital and one paper
and digital. He wasn’t satisfied with his current circulation
bureau provider and didn’t need to pay for the overheads of employing
a large, faceless, corporate bureau.
I now manage his controlled circulation and subscription data, providing
circulation data to the printers, doing audit returns, managing and
broadcasting his email communications for his whole portfolio of events,
exhibitions etc and keep the database of email addresses available for
this marketing.
He benefits from my expertise and experience and the flexibility I provide.
Subscription Marketing…
Client B has a magazine in the European Investment and Pensions. This
is distributed on a controlled circulation basis to around 10k relevant
people (people that are the target of the advertising). They were aware
that the company were not making enough of their paid subscription potential
but had nobody in house with the time or expertise to create and manage
a campaign.
DVDS created and fully documented a marketing plan involving traditional
DM but also opening up channels of communication for people to subscribe
(SEO, Social Media, and PPC). Now the step-by-step guide is being followed
with DVDS always available should any questions arise.
Multi Function Service…
Client C has a magazine which has a controlled circulation of 10k. His
advertising revenue is struggling at present so he wants me to manage
a plan to persuade those people getting the magazine free to now pay
for it.
DVDS and client C have produced a multi channel marketing plan that
highlight the unique content of the magazine and the campaign is currently
underway. Client C has now employed DVDS as his sole circulation and
marketing bureau.
Circulation data research and sourcing…
Client D wants me to put together a circulation for the distribution
of his new magazine in the hospitality industry. Past experience and
an ability to research industries coupled with a good relationships
with the top list brokers made my company an ideal supplier. After spending
some time briefing and fine tuning I am now be able to supply this.
I have the expertise and capabilities to manage the whole circulation
process and will be the sole circulation bureau for this.
Data Generation…
Client E had several old databases that he used for editorial research
and marketing purposes. It was long out of date in an industry with
above average churn. After merging and cleaning all lists, DVDS have
managed and completed an extensive telephone research campaign. This
has now resulted in providing Client E with a bespoke Access database
including forms that make the new data easy to view. The project included
time spent producing user documentation and training.
Market knowledge and a good understanding of the data process made DVDS
the ideal partner for this project.
