Early on in this century buying behaviour – the way people
make purchasing decisions - changed. For the past 50 years people made
these purchasing decisions based on broadcast media – whether
that is advertising on television or radio or more personal communication
using Direct Marketing techniques.
The buying cycle has now changed and companies need to interact with
